How do things work here?
We do not have departments – we have competency centres because a department means to separate something and we do not do this. We are competent and work together.
We have MF – mini factories – teams of specialists working as production support for one production hall. Each team comprises a logistics specialist, quality engineer, industrial engineer, production manager and production coordinator.
We have clean, modern production halls – the customer or the employee, both must be satisfied, this is our priority.
We do not only work – we also spend our leisure time together, engage in sports, organise events for our employees' families, and we jointly help where necessary.
